Liverpool hosts Watford

The leader in the Premier League Liverpool hosts Watford at the Anfield Road in a game from the 17th round of the competition. The Reds are brilliant so far and the will try to achieve their 16th win in 17 matches played so far.

Liverpool are marching towards their first title since 1990. Right now Jurgen Klopp’s team is leading the Premier League standings with 46 points, being 8 points clear ahead of the second Leicester City. This is really a great position for them to claim the gold medals at the end of the season. Most of the pundits expect exactly this to happen – Liverpool look untouchable at the moment.

Last week Liverpool made another great showdown. They visited AFC Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium and they celebrated a 3-0 win. Two midfielders scored for the Reds – Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Naby Keita, while Mohamed Salah added one more.

During the week Liverpool had their last game in the groups of the Champions League. The holders of the trophy visited Salzburg in Austria and achieved a 2-0 win.

Watford are in a terrible situation at the moment, being 20th in the league with just 9 points. If something doesn’t change there the Hornets will be back to the Championship for the next campaign.

Last week Watford’s new manager Nigel Pearson debuted with a draw for the club. He led the team against Crystal Palace at the Vicarage Road and Watford won a point after a 0-0 draw.

Against Liverpool Watford can’t use Jose Holebas, Danny Welbeck, Tom Cleverley and Craig Dawson, who are injured and unavaliable.

We believe that Liverpool can’t make a mistake against a team as Watford right now, especially at the Anfield. We bet for the Reds here, despite of the fact that they had a game in Europe during the week.
