Udinese – Juventus

Few days after their win against Lazio in an extremely imporatnt match for the title race, Juventus will pay a visit to Udinese at the Dacia Arena on Thursday. We are here to preview this fixture for you in the best way possible.

A win for the title – that’s how we can describe what Juventus did against Lazio on Monday. The two teams met at the Allianz Stadium and the Bianconeri achieved a crucial 2-1 win. This allowed them to increase their lead in front of the second Inter Milan to 8 points. Now it’s just a matter of time when the Old Lady will triumph with the gold medals.

The main man was the hero against Lazio on Monday. Cristiano Ronaldo scored twice for the Bianconeri and now he has 30 goals in the league for the season. The Portuguese striker will make an effort to win the Golden Boot in the remaining rounds until the end of the campaign. He has chances to do it, no doubt about that.

Udinese will host the champions from 16th place in the Serie A standings. They have 36 points won so far and we can say this was not really much of a successful season for them. Luca Gotti’s team didn’t do anything special this season, but let’s be honest – we were not expecting much, too.

In their last match Udinese visited Napoli, but suffered a 1-2 loss at the San Paolo. Rodrigo De Paul actually opened the score for the Bianconeri, but Napoli found a way to win the game.

We don’t actually believe that Juventus could make a wrong step against Udinese at the Dacia Arena. These two teams are from a completely different quality. The Old Lady is aiming to win the title as soon as possible, so that’s just another step for them.
